Welcome to the Mansion. Your presence in this space means you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Respect Comes First
All guests are expected to treat others with kindness and respect. Our café is a sanctuary for calm conversations, art, and good taste. Loud behavior, harassment, or disturbing others is not tolerated.
2. Table Reservations
- Reservations must be made via our official website or by contacting reception.
- A delay of more than 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation unless you notify us in advance.
- Reserved tables are available for a limited time only.
3. Photography & Filming
Capturing memories is welcome; however, professional equipment (DSLR cameras, tripods, etc.) is not allowed without prior approval from management.
4. Pets Policy
Pets are welcome only in the outdoor areas and must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
5. Outside Food & Drink
Bringing or consuming any food or drink from outside is strictly prohibited.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 3 minutes of placing them. After that, changes are not guaranteed.
7. Preserving the Historical Mansion
The mansion is a piece of architectural heritage. Damaging any furniture, walls, or decorative elements will result in legal action.
8. Internet Use
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. Any unethical or illegal usage is monitored and reported.
9. Security & Privacy
Our security cameras are for the safety of all guests. Footage is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Updates to Terms
Madame Monsieur Mansion Café reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The latest version is always available on this page.
